Agreement to Terms

By using Ascend Healthcare Training services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We provide state-approved healthcare training including:

To enroll, you must provide accurate registration information, be at least 18 years old, and maintain the confidentiality of your account.

Full payment is required at enrollment unless otherwise arranged.

Live Virtual Courses: Full refund if cancelled 7+ days before start. 50% refund if cancelled 3-6 days before. No refund within 48 hours or after course begins.
Self-Paced Online: Full refund within 7 days if less than 25% accessed. No refund after.
In-Person Training: Full refund if cancelled 48+ hours before. No refund for no-shows.

Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of all requirements. Completion records are reported to regulatory bodies as required by law.

All course materials are our intellectual property. You may not copy, distribute, or share materials or login credentials.

We provide educational services and do not guarantee employment outcomes or business success. Liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
